Finished some stairs this week with a final coat of hard wearing stair paint, white and taupe. The customer preferred to have a none carpeted solution as they have dogs. The multiple layers of varnish and paint on the stairs meant using a hard wax oil wouldn't have given a quality even finish. This approach meant a good sand, a sealing primer then the stair paint.
Just finished up various works at a property this week including some flooring laid and skirting fitted. My favourite way to do it to avoid the need for scotia where expansion gaps form the edges.
A few gallery pictures of my current flooring project not yet complete.
