Laying some laser guided laminate this week. There's nothing worse than ending up with tiny cuts when you reach the edge of the room, or ones that taper in because they're not laid sqaure. A laser can quickly help set out laying for tiles and laminate to make sure it looks good. It also doesn't get covered up like a pencil line.

The under sink cupboard is notorious for leaks. The pipes get bashed around as you cram stuff into the cupboard. Common leaks are from the waste water joints, the mixer tap, sink seal, overflow, and white goods connectors. If you need any fixing or just diagnosed, get in touch.
